food experimenation - day one









catch-up: january and february were amazing, but without many pictures. now, back to
the present, my spring break is going to be spent running around boston, giving campus
tours, and interviewing anyone who will talk to me. the highlight will easily be food,
all thanks to a nearly-empty apartment:

#1 - tomato and basil hummus, sliced roma tomatoes, cheddar cheese, and spinach on rustic multigrain bread.

#2 - "green pizza" - pesto, spinach, broccoli, and mozzarella on whole wheat dough.
