after a wonderful breakfast (eggs, homefries, and morningstar sausage - heaven), I
decided to preemptively make lunch for today and tomorrow, a recreation of the breaded
chicken pizza from Broadway Pizzeria in White Plains:
#3 - spinach, morningstar chik'n, and mozzarella cheese on whole wheat dough.
and I greased the sheet pan before baking the pizza, unlike with yesterday's green
pizza, making it all the much better since I could actually pick it up like real pizza.
